I realize I'm a little late and there's a good possibility you've already seen this film...Pedro Almodovar was awarded an Oscar for it in 2002.

If not, I highly recommend you put it in your queue. There were quite a few heartfelt gasps from me during these 2 hours. Pretty juicy subject matter and it'll definitely be on my mind for a while after seeing it.
